HECTOR ALVAREZ
Co-founder & Wildlife photographer
Hector is a Germany-based Mexican photographer who has traveled through some of the most unique wildlife-rich countries in the world. In Kenya and Tanzania he has photographed the Big 5 in incredible conditions, while in Uganda he had the opportunity to get up close with highland gorillas from the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and the famous chimpanzees from Kibale Forest. While in Ethiopia, Hector went on an expedition to photograph the unique and endemic Gelada Baboon. In his home country of Mexico, he has captured several species of birds from the Pacific coast and has had the unique experience of photographing humpback whales in their breeding season. Finally, Hector was able to take singular captures of native birds of prey in different regions of the United States.
Hector has also photographed different wild animals in various places in Europe and India. His style of photography is mostly related to close encounters with a cool, melancholic artistic finish to his post-produced images.
